How does Giuliana Rancic do it all? When she’s not jet-setting to LA for her glam E! gigs on the red carpet, the Chicagoan and Michigan Avenue Spring cover star is designing fashion lines for her wildly successful G by Giuliana label on HSN; developing new projects like her Xo, G wine collection; keeping an eye on her two Chicago restaurants with hubby Bill, RPM Italian (52 W. Illinois St., 312-222-1888) and RPM Steak (66 W. Kinzie St., 312-284-4990); and caring for her son, Duke. Suffice it to say that Rancic packs more into 24 hours than most of us can fathom, yet still makes time to work and play. Here, she shares with Michigan Avenue a day in her life.

6:15 am: Wake up and give my husband a good morning kiss.
6:25 am: Bill brings me coffee in bed (he's the best!).
6:45 am: Feed Duke breakfast and play together before school.
8:30 am: Drop Duke off at school.
8:45 am: Work out at the gym with Bill. We both love East Bank Club (500 N. Kingsbury St., 312-527-5800) and Equinox Gold Coast (900 N. Michigan Ave., 312-254-2500).
10:00 am: Eat breakfast at Beatrix (519 N. Clark St., 312-284-1377) in River North or make breakfast for Bill and me at home.
10:45 am: Jena Gambaccini, creative director for G by Giuliana, and I get to work on my clothing line.
11:00 am: Jena and I Skype with my clothing manufacturer and design team in NYC to go over the 12 collections a year I create.
11:45 am: Conference call with my HSN buyers to go over the clothing line while we eat a quick lunch.
12:15 pm: Get hair colored by Cristina Morales (100 E. Walton St., Ste. 102, 630-440-5021) at her salon in the Gold Coast.
1:15 pm: Call with E! producers about Live from the Red Carpet and Fashion Police while in the salon chair.
2:30 pm: Pick Duke up from school and bring him to his weekly Spanish class.
4:30 pm: Make appearance at Jewel-Osco (multiple locations) for my wine Xo, G.

9:30 pm: Get in bed with Bill and watch the news or a documentary.
