Jeanne Gang, the mastermind behind Studio Gang Architects' Aqua Tower (c. 2005), speaks at AIC this weekend.

Artist Talk: Jeanne Gang on Architecture
Thursday, January 17, 6-7 p.m.
Jeanne Gang reigns as the premier female architect in the city since her completion of the Aqua Tower last year. This Thursday, Gang comes to the Art Institute to discuss her exhibit “Building: Inside Studio Gang Architects,” architecture, and recent projects. The talk is free with museum admission, so we’ll be going early to check out the exhibit, which examines the inside of Gang’s studio and, in turn, her creative process (on display through February 24). Fullerton Hall, 111 S. Michigan Ave., 312-443-3600
