To push Chicago chefs beyond their comfort zones and delight diners with innovative dishes, the Chicago Foodies club has put together a Unique Dinner Series, which kicks off on January 28 with “16 courses of Black at Moto” ($225, per person). For the dusky feast, chef Homaro Cantu, along with chef Ben Roche and Top Chef alums Chris Jones and Richie Farina, will produce whatever far-out, achromatically black creations their twisted minds can conjure.
