Cafe Brauer’s outdoor patio hosts local musicians, artists, and even farmers every Wednesday this summer.

A local landmark in its own right, the Lincoln Park Zoo’s Patio at Café Brauer will host a different Chicago artist, musician, and farmer each Wednesday through August as part of its new Locally Sourced series.

This Wednesday, July 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., marks the second installment of the brand new series. Though the talent is entirely local, it will have a Spanish/Moroccan flair this week as Jugo Mungo Armando performs live while Abdel Morched shares his Moroccan art and architecture-influenced work. Coming up on July 17, Lewis Taylor exhibits his unique, graffiti-based artwork and The Pilsen Hot 5 performs, proving that throughout the summer there will be something for every taste.

In addition to the talent, the Café will feature delicious produce from a local farm and drink specials from Lagunitas Brewery. Despite the beer company being based in California, it is celebrating Chi-Town, too, as it prepares to open its first BrewHouse in the city later this summer. 2021 N. Stockton Dr., 312-742-2400;
