Belvedere Pink Yuzu Sour
1.5 ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit K
1.5 teaspoon honey
1.5 ounce lemon juice
1.5 ounce yuzu juice
1 teaspoon egg white
Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Mix Belvedere Pink Grapefruit and honey. Add remaining ingredients and shake. Add ice and reshake. Strain into a highball glass with ice and add Peychaud’s Bitters onto the foamy top.
