Summer is almost here, and along with the warm weather will come the brand new West Lake Market. Located just steps from the Green and Pink Lines and around the corner from the United Center, the West Lake Market incorporates unique vendors and family activities from around the Midwest to create a wonderful, admission-free, Sunday experience for everyone.
From skincare products made by Scratch Goods to fresh bouquets from Flowers for Dreams and fashion from Luxury Garage Sale, local products will adorn the street and offer an exclusive day of shopping in the West Loop, with plenty of free street parking available. Among the dozens of vendors will be local businesses such as Bike-a-Bee, Rockingbird, Stock MFG, and Mashallah Jewelry, to name a few. After the kids are worn-out out from listening to live music by Mr. Dave and other fun activities, and parents have shopped until they dropped, Eden is right next door to offer brunch and cocktails.
Starting in June and running through October, including a holiday market on December 9, the West Lake Market will be open 10am-2pm on the second Sunday of each month.
