Laissez Faire Nightlife
Friday, March 30, 10 PM
DJ Lady Starlight—a good friend and sometimes-tour-mate of Lady Gaga—adds just the right amount of edge to über-elegant (think: chandeliers, tons of white, pillars) nightlife spot Nellcôte. RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org and reserve a spot to hear her spin classic rock-inspired tunes. 833 W. Randolph St., 312-432-0500; nellcoterestaurant.com
Jessica Hart for Pencey Standard Trunk Show
Saturday, March 31, 11 AM–7 PM

Minasian will be on-hand to help shoppers look their best, while DJ Megan Taylor is set to drop beats from 2-4 PM. Cocktails and special gift giveaways will run throughout the day. 72 E. Spencer Finch Lunar Exhibit
Through Sunday, April 8
If you haven’t made it to the Art Institute of Chicago's Bluhm Family Terrace recently, get there soon to glimpse Spencer Finch’s brilliant lunar lander module. The ethereal exhibit uses the color and temperature from a July 2011 full moon to light up a huge sphere after dark. Since the museum closes before dusk now, you may want to view it from Millennium Park. 111 S. Michigan Ave., 312-443-3600; artic.edu
Michigan Avenue celebrated spring 2015 cover star Bob Odenkirk with a 200-guest bash at Vertigo Sky Lounge at the dana hotel and spa on February 16, 2015.
