To sate that craving, and prove that burgers can be elegant, 25 Degrees is offering a burger-centric prixe fixe ($22, lunch; $33, dinner). Start with snacks and sides like spicy tuna on crispy egglpant or tempura green beens before choosing from a slew of juicy sirloin, turkey, or veggie burgers made with sophisticated, artisanal fixings. Options include an Italian-inspired burger topped with roasted tomatoes, crispy prosciutto, and creamy pesto; a Southwestern number laden with chipotle salsa, avocado, and biting mezzo secco jack cheese; and a bistro-style burger packed with carmelized onions, bacon, arugula, thousand island dressing, and more.
