New Restaurant: Filini

New this month at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel is Filini, a sleek, multilevel restaurant and martini bar. Highlights from the menu, which changes seasonally, include a cacao-scented pappardelle with wild boar ragu and parmesan crema; and butternut squash ravioli with sage, amaretti, mostarda, parmesan reggiano and brown butter. Complementing the cuisine is a wine list full of light, flavorful vintages from all over Italy.
